Mouse IgG TRF-PINCER® Assay Kit, 96-well format

Mediomics’ mouse immunoglobulin G (mIgG) TRF-PINCER® assay kit can be used to quantitatively detect the concentration of mIgG in biological samples.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is the most abundant immunoglobulin in serum, and it is a biomarker of the adaptive immune response. Immunoglobulin levels can vary with health status, age, and drug treatment; therefore, quantitative measurements are a useful tool for pre-clinical researchers.  Overabundance or, conversely, an absence of a certain specific subclass may be associated with disease.

 

Product applications:

1. Drug and vaccine testing to identify the presence/absence of an adaptive immune response.

2. Rapid detection of IgG antibodies in a pull-down or co-IP assay.

3. Detection of mIgG concentration within biological samples as part of a pre-clinical research program.
