Description

Catalog No: PM-803262-100 µg

SOURCE:

The recombinant human methionine aminopeptidase-2 was expressed in Sf21 cells and purified according the procedures described in BBRC 227:152-157, 1996. Protein Concentration was determined by using a Bio-Rad protein assay kit. The purity of the protein was determined by SDS-PAGE.

PRODUCT:

Each vial contains ~ 100 μg purified human methionine aminopeptidase-2 in 20 mM Hepes, pH 7.3, 0.1M KCl, 10% glycerol, 1 mM Co(II), 1.5 mM MgCl2 and 0.02% NaN3

STORAGE:

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Store at -70ºC.

PURITY:

Single band by SDS-PAGE under reducing condition visualized by Coomassie Blue Staining.
